From organising for pick up and drop-off, to the matching of a family that will make sure your pet is well taken care of... you won't go wrong with them. There was constant communication between Gina and myself, updates of how my pet was feeling (if he was anxious, noisy, etc), daily commentary filled with adorable photos of how he's thriving so that I have nothing to worry about while being out of town. Vee is amazing! I've been using her for about 6 months now and she has been nothing less than amazing. I have two extra large breed dogs (pitbull x mastiff and south African mastiff) and Vee loves them like her own! Vee at no point discriminated about their breeds or size ( prior to Vee this was always a problem). Vee spends time with them and what ever they want to do, cuddles or play time. I love that she constantly communicates with me whilst I am away and I know exactly how my doggos are whilst I'm not with them. We have had Panos out for 2 sessions now and the improvements in our dog as well as the life skills we have learnt already are invaluable. After trying other dog trainers we thought there was little hope for our rescued American Staffie who's reactivity towards other dogs was extreme. Panos taught us how to manage her reactions and how to avoid them from occurring in the first place. He also has an amazingly trained dog he brings to sessions which has been perfect for our dog to practice being calm around another dog. Just 2 sessions with him has turned her into a completely different dog. I would suggest that Stellar Paws is the best walking team on the north shore as they have personalised cards for every dog so if a new walker joins the team he or she quickly knows which dogs pair well with others, personality traits etc. The dogs also get a full hour walk on top of travel time at a variety of venues so it is always new and interesting for them.

We have 3 quite small dogs, one of which is very easy going and gets along with most other dogs almost immediately, the other is very slow to warm to both people and other dogs, to the point where she gets quite anxious. We dropped our 2 off for a day of care while we were in the area on holidays so that we could spend some time out with family. The owners of this establishment absolutely love animals and this is very obvious. They took the time with our nervous little girl to introduce her to the other dogs slowly so that she wasn't overwhelmed or over stimulated which I could not thank them enough for. We've used Noah's Ark for years now, to watch our Budgies and Guinea Pigs every time we go away. I'm incredibly protective of them, but I've never had an issue leaving them here. The staff spend more than half their day playing with and entertaining your pets, and making sure they're happy. It's a great social event for our furry and feathered family, and as much a holiday for them as for us. The owner, Alana, is really wonderful, and it's obvious she cares deeply about all the animals in her care. Your family couldn't be in better hands than here. 10/10 Would (and do) recommend!

These guys are the real deal, possibly the most organised, well oiled dog grooming company I’ve yet to come across. They are experts and professionals in every sense of the word. Simba has been here for stays longer than 4 weeks at a time. We received photo updates daily with him enjoying with other doggos. They are usually outdoors from what I gather or undercover when it rains before it is time to go to their personal pod like indoor area for sleep. Food is included in the cost. The only gripe I have is that the cost has gone up significantly between August 2022 (approx $45/day) and October 2023 ($58) and tends to get very expensive for long term stays. The staff can also show you around the facility, please call ahead just to check if you can do so.

But I dropped off my very energetic, bubbly, and playful dog for a full day of daycare. I am beyond impressed! The centre was welcoming, clean and staff were friendly. Lots of attention to detail about my dogs personality traits etc before handing her over. It made me feel extremely reassured and confident I was leaving her in the right hands. I even got an update at lunch time about the friends she made and what she’s been up to! I was nervous about how the dogs would cope being in a kennel without me around, but the owners at The Dog Hotel were super friendly and reassuring. Our dogs are happy to stay here! Getting old they're in need of medication and do get anxious with loud noises and strange places. Staff sends photos and updates throughout the day which eased my anxiety on the first day that I left my pup there. My husband had an unexpected medical emergency and Charlie accepted our 2 cats on very short notice for 3 weeks. This included the Christmas/New Year period which was not an issue for Cooltre. The pool here is awesome. My boy has a green stick fracture in his paw so isn't allowed to run about the pool means we can still exercise him without hurting him. The pool has steps or a ramp down into the water. There are life vests of all sizes for your dogs. My dog doesn't swim but absolutely loved this. I think a few more times and he won't even use a life vest.

I heard about the pool from a friend and took both my dogs to swim yesterday, and my daughter took hers to swim today. The facility is so well set up with a separate entrance for entering and leaving so your dogs do not see anyone coming in after you. The pool is beautiful and big, and the flotation devices provided are an absolute plus. Our dogs had the absolutely best time. Could not highly recommend this pool more for dog owners who would love to provide warm swimming therapy for their dogs. Well done to the owners for providing a safe place for the dogs to enjoy the water.

This was first time our spoilt little dog had to stay at a dog kennel and I am so glad that Delsasse was recommended to us. He had his own little patch of grass that he could access at any time. If I could give10 stars I would. What Nic has done in 11 days is nothing more than a miracle. My friend and I boarded our 2 Westies whilst away on a vacation. Eddie had a fabulous weekend with Kathryn and Sam who gave him lots of attention and cuddles. He had a great time playing with sticks and balls in their garden, went for loads of walks in the countryside, made friends with a yorkiepoo and even went out for dinner, deciding to share some of his roast lamb with the humans. They picked up on his likes and dislikes (such as rain) very quickly and clearly made him feel very much at home. I was kept very well-informed and sent some very amusing and reassuring photos and videos of Eddie being his exuberant self. The visit was expertly organised by Carrie, from Barking Mad Newcastle and Tyne Valley, who was very precise and observant regarding his medication and so on. And he was collected and returned, tail wagging, bang on time.

We provide a range of lodging options to accommodate any kind of dog or cat. With night-vision CCTV monitoring the site entry and heated, secure enclosures for every pet, you can unwind and enjoy your vacation knowing that your furry friend is well-cared for and comfortable.

Dogs can stay in one of our conventional enclosures, which feature an indoor sleeping area that leads to a secure outside run, larger family units, or bungalow-style apartments with TVs and spacious beds modelled after human ones. We’ll let your dog out of their apartment three or four times a day so they may run about freely in our fenced exercise area. Your dogs will never be left with the pets of another customer; we only let them out alone. For an extra fee, we also provide a 30- to 60-minute twilight woods walk.

We are so pleased with the way our dogs were looked after during their recent stay. They are usually quite anxious dogs when meeting new people but they both went off with their new best friend without even a look back. When I returned for them a couple of days later they were over the moon to see me but also went back for goodbye cuddles before getting back in the car looking happy and relaxed. I think that says it all.

George and Toby stayed here in June this year and I can’t thank Christine and the team enough. George is 11 and Toby is 6 they have never been in kennels before but right from our first visit to check the kennels out we were made to feel at ease about leaving them. The day we left them hand over was very good and both dogs went off tails wagging, we checked Facebook a few times while away and saw photos of the boys and could see they looked happy. We are a small, family-run kennel that was founded in 1987 and has knowledgeable, kind staff. Easily accessible from the A1 and A19, this location is in the centre of the Durham countryside.

Situated on 13 acres, the property features a forested area for walks and a safe grass paddock for play and running off leash.

We offer family and single kennels, the majority of which have beautiful outside runs. Each one separately heated if needed. We have safe yards for play and exercise off the lead. Excellent kennels. We have been using them for the last 5 years. Our little dog isn't the easiest as generally he doesn't like people or other dogs but he loves going on his holidays to Foxton Wood. He gets very excited and can't wait to get out of the car when we get there. He loves the staff team and they are love him. We get regular photos via WhatsApp and he always looks like he's having a lot of fun. I can go on holiday knowing he's well looked after and I have nothing to worry about.

I can't thank all the amazing staff at Foxton Wood enough for their outstanding care. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else, they love them like their own and they're always so happy to see them. I'm definitely an awkward owner with lots of requirements for my dogs from raw feeding to several supplements but nothing was a problem. 1 of my dogs are lame so she needs 15 minutes of light therapy on her knee every day which they were also happy to do for her. This was the first time I've left them in kennels & I'm so impressed I won't be worrying when they have their next stay! Regular Facebook photo updates of my dogs enjoying their self really gave me peace of mind while I was away. You really are the best, thank you.

We began boarding our dogs here after a negative experience with another boarding kennels, so were quite dubious of trying out another place in case the same thing happened. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about the dogs and cats as if they were their own. If there’s ever been an issue with our dogs they’re always quick to communicate it to us, and we know that our dogs are in safe hands when left here. Went for a visit with my dog so he can get used to the place and using the bark park. Absolutely over the moon found this place. Lively staff, especially Claire and brilliant price. Out the way so don't nneed to worry about my dog possibly trying to do the great escape and not near main road. Can also book online which is a bonus. Definitely booking the park out for my dog as he loved it and sulked as he had to leave.

She loves her walks here and she seems to have fitted in with no problems! She always seems to have a lovely time. We were quite worried how she would react going out with someone else but she's been absolutely fine at Rosie's. There's regular photos on their website so it's great to see them all having fun and enjoying themselves. Would highly recommend!

My dogs absolutely love Rosie's, although I don't actually know if they've ever met... Staff are always friendly - despite the deluge of puppers at 7:30 in the morning and the stragglers at 6:00 in the evening - and seem to love the dogs that come through. Occasionally apprehensive about getting out of the car, I struggle sometimes to get my dogs back in when I pick them up they're that excited. Extremely relaxed policy, no need to book, just turn up and drop off (once they've passed their probationary half day taster). Thoroughly recommended if you're after a doggy day care.

Darrin was brilliant though and made us feel really confident that our cat would be well looked after in his care. My dog Reo loves nics stay n play doggy care in walker .Having had extreme sep/anx. nic and her team have brought him on so much .He loves all the team esp nic she has to sneak in and out or he never wants to leave her haha ,and being in the beach room is his fave .Everything is clean and lots to do for all .The dogs are very well behaved and all get well socialised when in there care .Reo being 11 /half bless him comes back shattered its a fun filled day with lots going on or even a quiet room for the older dogs to chill if needed .Best thing ever for reo makes me happy going out to work knowing he is well loved and cared in a friendly safe environment.
