Got my wife’s Apple Watch screen replaced by CJ. Lovely guy, honest and knowledgeable about all things iPhone, Apple Watch etc. Tried Apple Store first but the fee was more than double CJ’s price and was going to be sent away to a 3rd party and take 5 or more business days. An absolutely amazing job by Ric. My phone got damaged whilst on holidays. Unfortunately, the phone wasn’t backed up to cloud… Apple advised that all data will be lost upon repair or replacement, and recommended to visit Payam data recovery before Apple would proceed with repairs. Payam timeframes were very long and I decided to visit this place (heard that it’s good from other people) to get a second opinion. To my delight, not only I was able to speak to Ric in person (Payam was online form only), but the timeframes were significantly faster and it was third of the price I got quoted at Payam.
